The newsletter of RSVP West, West Waffle, usually comes out three times a year and is sent by e-mail and by post via regional organisers to every volunteer in the region.

Recent issues are archived here and may be read online or downloaded and printed. Please note that the files are rather large and may take a while to arrive if you are on a slow connection.
